OUR RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT


These rules aim to create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where you can enjoy your time with your friends. Participation in the club is contingent on agreement to these rules. When you sign up for a membership at Ritmo Clube Social, you agree to comply with all these rules. 


GENERAL CONDUCT
  • Respect: Treat all members, staff, and guests with respect. No bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

  • Language: Use appropriate language.

  • Dress Code: Dress appropriately for a community environment.

  • Conflict Resolution: Disputes should be resolved peacefully; seek mediation from club admins if necessary.


BEHAVIOR

  • Safety: No shoving, or rough play inside the club premises.

  • Substance-Free: No use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances on club property. This is strongly enforced and any member found in possession of any of these substances in the club premises will be expelled. 

  • Privacy: Respect the privacy of others; do not share personal information or pictures and do not post any pictures in social media without consent.


USE OF SPACE

  • Common Areas: Keep common areas clean. Clean up after yourself, including food, trash, and personal belongings.

  • Equipment and Resources: Use club equipment (like computers, games, or sports gear) respectfully. Report any damage or malfunction to admin immediately.

  • Quiet Zones: Designate areas might be set aside for quiet activities like reading or studying; maintain low noise levels in these zones.

  • Booking Spaces: If there are rooms or areas that require booking for activities or meetings, follow the club's reservation protocol.


EVENTS

  • Sign-Up: For organized activities or events, sign-ups might be required. Follow the sign-up process indicated next to the event information.

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled activities to ensure everyone can participate fully.

  • Participation: Engage actively and positively in club activities. If you're not interested in an activity, do not disrupt others' participation.


DIGITAL AND MEDIA USAGE

  • Social Media: If you're posting about club activities, ensure you have consent for any photos or mentions of other members. Use club hashtags if available.

  • Internet Use: If club computers or Wi-Fi are available, use them for appropriate activities only. DO NOT access inappropriate websites or content.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Health: Inform admins of any medical conditions or allergies that could affect your participation in activities.

  • Emergencies: Know the emergency exits and procedures. Report accidents or injuries to admins immediately.


RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Valuables: Keep personal items secure. The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND ATTENDANCE

  • Membership: Understand and adhere to membership rules, including renewals and payments if applicable.

  • Attendance: Participation is encouraged, but if you can't make it after signing up for an event please inform the club to help with planning.


ENFORCEMENTS

  • Warnings: Violations of these rules might start with a warning, escalating to temporary suspension or revocation of membership based on severity.

  • Appeals: There is an appeals process for any disciplinary action for fairness.
